Batman: Joker's Asylum - Jason Aaron, Joe Harris, David Hine, Jason Pearson, Andy Clarke, Juan Doe
The Penguin's story, strangely and unexpectedly, stuck with me the most, whereas I have a serious problem recalling Poison Ivy and the Scarecrow's stories. A must read, even amongst Batman graphic novels.
